Well it's not THAT bad...
But it IS trite.
I think you owe a lot of your plot, the rudimentary basics at least, to Dragonball Z. I mean Mega's evil double just screams "Kami." Other than that, nice graphics and nice use of sprites, but just another dumb, uninspired MM Movie.

I'm sure people have complained to you about how unoriginal and cliche' your series. I swear, if that god damned Squirrel with the VERBAL DIARRHEA but on a re dshirt with the latter "A" on it and a red cap, he could SURELY pass as a "Alvin and the Chipmunk" wannabe on speed. And the fact that this flash has some long, tiresome sound file, a motinles background, and a head of an abstractly drawn squirrel with 2 motion tweens at best is the FINAL NAIL in the COFFIN.
News Flash...you cannot fool everyone with your crap! I wish you would do something DIFFERENT for a change. But it's always the same ole' "Have Foamy talk in his Sped-Up Chipmunk, Mojo Jojo Verbal Diarrhea" formula!

If that kickass pic of Zero was any indication...
...this is a good movie. There a lot of battles here that SHOOULD take place in regular CAPCOM games...pity. But what makes this Flash so good is that it uses the best MM/MMX music!!! Especially the MMXi Sigma Fortrss Stage 1 music...my favorite!!! Plus there's a plot too, something missing in the MMX series.
But let's see how your other movies fare.

PIMPULENT Graphics, yet a GLIB plotline...
Oohh I say...the graphics ALMOST REEKED of the PIMPETRY! They almost did! But the way you superimposed a MM7 MegaMan Face on a MM8 MegaMan Body during the times he's supposed to be "smiling" made me writhe in revulsion.
Well, maybe not THAT much. Still the graphics are good, and seeing all the Mavericks in action is nice...especially the Hammerhead Shark. The use of MM Music was GOOD...especiallt the MMX 1 music! Too KEWL, hoe!
BUT WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO BASS? Did that CockJukka die? Probably better off that way. Next time, make a better storyline than the ole' "Let's save the World and have tea" plot.

But seriously, the art, if traced, was still serviceable...and nice to boot. Except for that one part where Zero was "running," his legs did bend at all, but just "moved" back and forth...and his left leg was too long. The music was good, but hey dude...this is MegaMan and I wanna hear MegaMan music, bitch!
Once this movie reaches it's apex of perfection...THEN I will stick my penis into it and make sweet love.
